Use the following procedure to add an Assignment Maximum Rule:

1.  Select Assignment Maximums from the Assignments section of the Setup menu. The Assignment Maximums page is displayed.

2.  Click  View next to an assignment maximum. The List of Assignment Maximum’s Rules grid is displayed.

3.  Click Add. A new row is displayed at the bottom of the grid.

4.  Enter information in the fields provided.

•     Location: Using the Lookup tool, select the facility to which the assignment maximum rule applies.

•     Attribute: From the drop-down menu, select an attribute category. Select Gender for a ranked assignment batch or switch lottery assignment batch.

•     Attribute Value: From the drop-down menu, select an attribute value.

•     Max. # Matching: Enter a value for the maximum number of patrons (with the defined Attribute Value) that can be assigned to the Location. 

5.  Click Save.
