Add an Asset Group

Use the following procedure to add an Asset Group on the Asset Groups page:

1.  Select Asset Groups from the Inventory section of the Facilities menu. The Asset Groups page is displayed.

2.  Click  Add. An Add New Asset Group section will be displayed above the grid.

3.  Complete the following fields:

•     Name: Enter a name for the asset group.

•     Show: By default, the Show check box will be checked. To create an asset group but prevent it from being used after creation, uncheck the check box.

4.  Click Save.
